How this list is built

Every row aggregates findings from the auditor's detector portfolio (see /verification/ for the full list). An entity ranks high when (a) many distinct detectors fire against it and (b) the findings span multiple severity tiers. We rank by total flag count first, then by detector-diversity as tiebreaker. Each finding is a research lead, not a published claim — see the per-detector methodology for reproduction recipes.

Many entities at the top of these rankings are large public companies, industry associations, government bodies, or other prominent organizations. Their prominence means more activity to scrutinize; it does not by itself mean wrongdoing. A high flag count is a starting point for investigation, not a verdict.

Top 50 most-flagged lobbyist clients

Ranked by total auditor-flag count + detector diversity. These clients have multiple structural-conflict signals firing simultaneously.
