How to read this page

Each table surfaces the top entities flagged by one detector. A high score on a single detector is a starting point, not a conclusion. Cross-reference across detectors:

  • An entity that appears in multiple tables (e.g., concentrated donor base + Isolation Forest outlier + shared officer with shadow groups) is a stronger lead than one flagged by a single detector.
  • A community in the Louvain table that includes a high-Isolation-Forest client gives industry context to the outlier.
  • A registered-agent hub that overlaps with concentrated PACs may be the address-co-occurrence pattern in disguise.

Verification policy. Findings on this page are flagged for review, not published as claims. Per the site's standing policy: every claim about a named individual or entity that we publish must trace to an authoritative source URL. The detectors generate hypotheses; the human reader confirms or rejects them against public-records URLs, court filings, or organizational disclosures.

Detector portfolio expanding. Tier D quid-pro-quo signature is now live (chains money OUT to lobbyist + L represents C + C money IN to R + R sponsored/voted-Yea on bill). Recusal failure, adverse interest, and cleanup-of-evidence detectors require the regulatory-board vote-records layer (PUCN / Gaming Control / Tax Commission / Open Meeting Law minutes) — pending external data import.
