Existing law requires, with certain exceptions, that the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration furnish the Nevada System of Higher Education and all other state departments, boards and commissions with engineering and architectural services for a building constructed on state property or with money appropriated by the Legislature. (NRS 341.141) This bill exempts the Office of the Military from the requirement that the State Public Works Division furnish it with engineering and architectural services when constructing such a building.
